01
Design concept
Each of our collection starts with a concept that requires on-going researches, plenty of rough sketches and market analysis.
We passionately create our own collection twice a year and consider every single collection a great shift in the company, which was rooted in our desire to move from being just a regular silver jewelry supplier into being a full-fledged house of design.
02
Final sketch
Once a design has been selected, we create a detailed sketchwhich specifies all the essential specifications including dimensions, approximate weight, size of gemstones, as well as other necessary details in every component of the design
03
Mold making
After the final sketch has been approved, Master Mold must be made for Mass production. Sculpting each figurine, our Mold Making department uses their in-depth understanding of the physical properties of the rubber compound and the materials used in the mold making process.
With a great deal of patience, concentration and experience they ensure that the details such as the size of the gemstones and their weights are in accordance to the designs given and are practical to produce by thorough inspection.
04
Production planning
Our Production Planners manage the timeline and generate production schedule including designing the best production solutions, clarify the necessary steps, sourcing materials and other matters involved in finishing every order and delivering it on time.
05
Casting
Each of our casting machine is capable of producing hundreds of casts every hour. During casting process, a molten wax is injected into the mold to create a wax, which is arranged in a tree form.
The entire tree is then put into the casting machine. Silver is then poured into the machine and replaces the wax.All of this work is done in house.
06
Stone setting
We hand set our stones with quality, care, and venerable craftsmanship. Stone Setting process requires a lot of skills as it is a delicate and time-consuming task. Both Natural and synthetics stones are meticulously laid out and fitted into the metal,
which is carefully moved by hand to secure the stones for a lifetime of wear. Upon customer preference, we are also offering stone setting in wax option forcost-concerning and time-saving alternative.
